Oklahoma GBTA Quarterly Meeting

September 15, 2026

11:00AM - 1:00PM

REGISTER TODAY!

Join us for an interactive and engaging discussion at our upcoming GBTA Quarterly Luncheon as we explore one of the evolving trends in business travel: “Bleisure” — blending business and leisure travel.

Our featured leisure travel experts will share their experiences, insights, and perspectives on how today’s travelers are extending conference stays, adding leisure destinations to business trips, and finding opportunities to incorporate personal experiences into their work travel.

FEATURED SPEAKERS

Jeffrey Tanenhaus – Tulsa Tours

Tulsa Tours has expanded into Oklahoma City, offering public and private walking tours that showcase local architecture, artists, history, and even some of our cities’ hidden underground spaces. Jeffrey works with leisure travelers, local residents, and corporate clients looking for unique ways to introduce visitors and prospective employees to a destination.

Michelle Cloud – Director of Vacation Travel, World Travel

Michelle and her team work with travelers at every stage of life—from first-time weekend travelers to experienced clients planning once-in-a-lifetime trips around the world. She will bring the leisure travel perspective to our discussion and share insights into what travelers are looking for when adding personal experiences to a business trip.

THEN IT’S YOUR TURN!

This won’t be a traditional “sit and listen” luncheon. We’re planning a highly interactive session and will diversify each table with representatives from across the travel ecosystem—Hotels, Transportation, Airlines, TMCs, Buyers, and other industry partners.

Each table will receive a corporate travel scenario and be challenged to determine how that traveler could successfully blend business and leisure. You’ll identify potential barriers from the perspective of your particular area of the industry, discuss ways to overcome them, and explore how we can work cross-functionally to make blended travel easier and more beneficial for everyone.

Come prepared to share ideas, challenge assumptions, learn from other segments of our industry, and have some fun!

We look forward to seeing you at the GBTA Quarterly Luncheon!
